What we collect and why

The short version

We collect what you type into the quote form, because we cannot quote a job without it. We do not sell it, we do not share it with anyone outside the business, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

The quote form

When you send a request we receive your name, phone number, email address, the service and area you selected, and your message. It is emailed to us and stored so we can find it again when we call you back. We keep it while the enquiry is live and for as long as we may need it for the work, and then we remove it.

Phone and email

If you call or email us directly, we keep whatever you tell us for the same reason and for the same period.

What this site does not do

This site does not use advertising trackers, does not build a profile of you, and does not sell anything to anyone. It loads no third party scripts for marketing purposes.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored on our own server and delivered to us by email. Our web host keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.

Asking us to delete it

Email info@jb26plumbing.ca or call (604) 726-2700 and ask. You do not need to give a reason, and we will confirm when it is done.
