For homeowners

Residential plumbing across Surrey and White Rock

From a burst pipe at 2am to the repipe you have been putting off since the last pinhole leak. Licensed, insured, and used to older Lower Mainland housing.

Most of what goes wrong in a Lower Mainland home is predictable

Poly-B supply lines in anything built between 1985 and 1997. Cast iron drainage on its last decade in the older parts of Surrey and White Rock. Tanks that quietly pass ten years old and then fail on a long weekend.

None of that is a reason to panic, and none of it needs a scare-quote sales pitch. It needs someone who has seen it before, can tell you how long you realistically have, and can do the work when you decide to do it.

We work in Surrey, White Rock, South Surrey and the surrounding Lower Mainland. See the full service area.

How we work

Four things you can hold us to

  • You know the price before we start

We look at the job, tell you what it costs, and that is the number on the invoice. If we find something underneath that changes it, you hear about it before we carry on, not after.

  • We work clean

Boots off or covered, drop sheets down, drywall cut straight and patched. Your home is not a job site to you, and it should not look like one when we leave.

  • You get told what actually failed

In plain words, with the old part in your hand if you want it. Knowing why a thing broke is how you decide whether the rest of the house is next.

  • Repair when repair is right

A twelve year old tank is usually worth replacing. A four year old one usually is not. We will tell you which one you have, even when the other answer pays better.
